Here is some pics of our vacation at Mt. Princeton. We stayed at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort, soaked in the Hot Springs, enjoyed fine dining, slept on cloud like beds, experienced breath taking views, and did some trail riding.
We attempted to ride up Tin Cup Pass 12,164ft, we started at 10,120ft., and didn't even make it to the half way mark (my fault), I was experiencing altitude sickness the first time :puke: , and the 2nd time the wind was blowing bad, and it started snowing  So when I couldn't feel my fingers anymore we went back to the truck and waited there a while, Aaron decided to load up the quads and it stops snowing. At that point I was done riding for the day.
So hear are some views we got to experience. (Sorry but we didn't take any pics of us in our swim wear, didn't want you guys to get all hot and bothered by Aaron's hot body.)

Is this your first quad FoFiddy?
I'll be looking for a quad for the old lady in the next year or so and wondering what to get her.

Yes this is my first quad. I did a lot of research before I made the purchase. I prefer the YFZ out of all the 450's. If you do get her a YFZ get one that is fuel injected.
Depending on what she is looking for in a quad will depend on what she should get. If she wants a fast, maneuverable quad, or likes jumping and wheelies a YFZ may be the best. I think the YFZ has the best suspension for adjusting for comfort and riding style. The Suzuki LTR-450's are rated as the more cushy ride, with it's low profile tires and wide axle. The Suzuki is a cheaper version but rated most comparable. The Kawasaki KFX450 has the worst stock suspension in my opinion. I rode one in Walden sand dunes and (completely stock) it was the worst experience on a quad I have ever had, it effected my confidence and abilities (I was sore as a MOFO too!). I have also rode a KFX450 with 3 mods and adjusted suspension which made a huge difference! So keep that in mind. Honda's are said to have a cushy ride as well, but the leave little to no room for adjustment on the suspension, and they have a higher tip over rate when taking corners fast.
Also take into consideration her height when standing on the quad that way she doesn't get launched off on whoops or rough trails. I would suggest going to a dealership and have her sit on all the types they have to feel which is most comfortable. Or even go test ride different quads for sale in your area. Consider how much she rides to, if it's hardly ever the cheaper Suzuki may be the better investment, if she rides a lot the YFZ may be the better investment. It all just depends on what she is comfortable and confident on.
IMO the best is the YFZ. I prefer it over any 450, and it is the best for me to keep up with Aaron (I would be screwed on any other 450).
Check out www.atvaction.net or get the May 2009 magazine issue. They have a 450 EFI shoot out comparing the YFZ450R, Kawasaki KFX450, Suzuki LT-R450, and the Can-Am DS450X-MX which should give you some good info and do some research.
Hope this helps!
