Is there a sticky somewhere on how to remove the head. Is my best source the service manual

Right on. Head is removed along with piston and cylinder. Pretty easy. The fun part should be getting it all timed correctly. And wondering if I should replace piston and cam since i'm down this far. Would a wiseco 11:1 and a hot shot stage 2 work good?
