Or do i need to get longer springs to?
One of these days ill get the time to sign up on an f-150 forum... but this is a semi simple question lol, and i know some guys on here have a leveling kit on their trucks
im not too familiar with ford, but the chevy's have a front swaybay you can crank up to level the front out.
Fords do not have torsion bars like chevy...They use a strut which has a coil spring...Those spacers will work by themselves, I've used a form of them on my truck, which is a Chevy but the new ones have coilovers instead of the torsion bars...

Torsion bar. Not all Chevrolets have them...mainly on 4x4's.

go get yourself a fat b!tch, make her a$$ sit in the back. Done.
actually im seriously considering pulling my torsion bar, way nicer in the dirt, just wonders at road speeds a bit
my dodge has torsion bars vice springs, I cranked them up a bit to level it, but you need to re-align the front end or you'll eat the front tires quick
