FCR?

Not sure what FCR jets are.

OEM main jets for the 660 39mm Carbs are Mikuni jets, 140 in the left carb, 145 in the right carb.

Correct but i need to know the fcrs out of the box pilot jet sizes? I would look but they are 60 miles away. I want to get a few sizes bigger and then go put them in when i go home so i dont have to make another trip.

He's talking about aftermarket carbs, Keihin Flat CR Carbs in dual 39mm guise.

"stock" depends on where you got them, some are part of kits and some aren't.  It was my understanding that they are either 52 or 55 pilots, I believe mine are 55 but I focus more on the mains.
