Leaving Monday morning driving straight there. 14-15 hr drive. Staying a day or two and coming back.

I remember not too long ago 70hp was considered "big" Now if a stockbore ain't makin that power it's slow for some reason lol
You never know what will happen down there. I need to be able to dune it. I think a 904 is out of the question
Have a good trip and takes pics if you can
Tell the boys at Racers Edge that Fire raptor said thanks for the help with the auction. They are a class act.

We were just talking about that in Chat last week.. I forget who it was... said they were sellin their rappy.. had it dyno'd @ 58HP... .. I made the comment that... although that's sweet and all.. 60HP and 70HP isn't all that exciting anymore :(
Kind of sad.
sad when the only competition u can get is another raptor
Well, I am back. Things went well, ended up with a solid 75hp Rappy.
I rode at Little Sahara in Utah Sunday.....At 61hp it was more enough power for me. I will be taking it out again this weekend to try out the 75hp. I am sure it is going to exciting.
I think I am done modding this one.
Those interested in what they did....
Traded cam to a WEB 4, tweaked the porting and combustion chamber, replaced the Kibble White valves with +2 Ferreras, milled some off the head to up compression, which is where I feel they got the ponies. They also installed a FCI intake.
which cam did you have prior?
GRATS on the 70+ HP rappy!!! That's fraeking awesome! Did you get any dyno graphs by chance? Be interested in seeing that torque curve!
It had an Megacycle X4 cam. I left without dyno sheet. I called John and he is going to email it to me. i will post it as soon as I get it.
Here is what John from Racers Edge sent me. Looks like I got more than I thought.
It shows the first run when I took it there and the final run after they worked their magic.
Does anyone know the specs of an X4 and a Web4?

DOH!! I just sent those Racers Edge fellas a part just to make big valves work better on a stock bore! Dealer install only part. Might as well run in the house and grab a stack of cash.......and head on back down  Great job!
???????? Kenny what part are you refering to? ???
Moose,Thanks for making the trip. I hope we did not disappoint you. If you look at the dyno sheet you can tell that there were 36 different pulls. With each pull a change was made in map, timing, or hardware.
Thanks again for the Challenge and opportunity,
John
John, you guys were great, you all gave me more than I expected and I greatly appreciatte it!!
I'm headed to the dunes in the morning, can't wait.
wow 36 pulls?!?!? nice work guys im sure thats a beast. im pretty much stock couldnt emagine that much power.
It's awesome!!! Got to ride it for the first time at Little Sahara Utah, it's fun to beat everyone to top of the hill!!! Well there was one fast Banshee :'(
got to love it !!!, bring her down to GLAMIS for some more competition :grin_nod:
I'd love to come down, just need to rebuild my cash reserves.
Glad all turned out so good for you! What fuel are you running? ???
C12 110 is what they tuned it with. Right now I am running 50/50 110/91, seems to be running good. 4500' elevation here.
Thanks for the info. I spoke with John and they are going to build mine too. He said I could run 93 octane with a 12.1 CP piston at 400 feet elevation. Here is what I am doing. I want to stay with pump gas 93 is the best we can get at our pumps around here.
1: Racers Edge CNC Port and Polish
2: 12:1 piston.
3: Megacycle X-4 Cam
4: Plus 1 +1 Valves Both intake & Exhaust
5: Kibble White Springs
You are going to love it
