well that's what i have and had. post up some pics of what you guys had or have.
all we got is the factory DVD XM Sat system in the '05 Nissan Quest. Doesn't count when all it plays is WALL-E and the Incredibles
Just an in dash Pioneer in my truck with highs and lows wired separately.
Nice stuff though warren.
I am at the age now where I value space more than sound.
I have a Kenwood head unit with ipod and USB interface, Crossfire 4x6's replaced the stock speakers, a Crossfire 10" sub fits behind the back seat (barely), and a Crossfire 5 channel amp runs it all. It sounds OK but I did lose the storage behind the back seat, now the jack and lug wrench just sit on the floor in back.
I have an Alpine CD/MP3 head unit... Alpine speakers in the doors and rear doors... Two Memphis Audio 12" in a downfire box under the rear seat in my extended cab Z71... I have a Memphis Audio amp running my 12" woofers pushing about 300 watts... Its nothing to write home to mama about, but it is nice, crisp, and clean car/truck audio.... I've got about $1250 bucks tied up in my system....
Warren's stuff looks LOOOOUUUUDDDD!!!! Rock on bro....
oh yeah i forgot to say that i have my ipod wired in through the cd changer port on the back of my kenwood headunit. and thanks guy for the comments. yeah the stuff i had in my blazer was crazy loud. and the stuff that's in my truck now is pretty damn loud too.
I got some small stuff in the Silverado..
Eclipse DVD/ NAV Dual DIN Headunit
Memphis 6.5" and Memphis 4" in the front doors
Memphis M1 12" on the Back seat
Rockford Turtle Amp 35 watts RMS(Old School Power) on the Sub
Pics of the Headunit when i get off work.. Thats the only thing i got pics of
Seems like Rockford used to make those amps called PUNCH 45, PUNCH 75 and so on.... Man those amps were the real deal... When I was in high school everybody had little nissan or toyota trucks.... you could put some 10's in one of those trucks with a Punch 75 amp and it would run you outta the damn thing.... High School, damn those were the good ole days... I'm surprised I can remember that long ago... LOL..... Anyways....

Yup, I remember those days too. I had a buddy that had a '66 Mustang that he build the whole rear seat into a speaker box with two 12" and two 8" Cerwin Vega subs and he was running a Punch 75 on the 12's and a Punch 45 on the 8's. It rocked. I haven't thought about that in a long time. Damn, I'm gettin' old.
LOL I remember when guys had mini trucks and hung Bazookas from the front of the seat. Right beneath your knees. There was alot of hilarious stuff back in the day. I knew a guy with a mid 80's Cutlass That had no spare room in it. 2 18's in the seat 2 15's in the trunk 4 giant amps.
lol not nice install either, just laying on the seat and amps ona piece of plywood. HIlarious. Sounded good inside. All you could hear outside was buzz buzz buzz. Headlights would flicker if you cranked it.
I've got a Kenwood head unit w/Sirius, and two Rockford Punch 12's w/ a 400 watt Rockford amp in the Tahoe.
I still plan on putting a lil' something together on the Corvette as funds permit.

I saw a Yugo at a sound comp. that had 4 18" inche subs in it. Hilarious. He had changed all the windows out to plexi. They shattered.
I used to have a car audio/ speed parts shop called Speed & Sound Inc. I was a dealer for most of the equipment listed here. I had Digital Designs, Focal, etc..... My personal favorite equipment was Focal mids and highs, Alumapro woofers and US Amps(tube amps for highs and mids). If I had to pick a single name system, it would have been Memphis. It was always a gas to watch the local crack slingers come in and pick a LVS, start tuggin' at their nuts, and makin' all kinds of grunt noises  We always made the deepest, loudest bass by loading the woofers with the back wall or floor. Man I miss those days! :'(
