thanks for those pics. i think mine will look ok once i get it powder coated black to match everything else i have. lol.
I have the same one as Colo700. PRM...
looks good warren
thanks
i just remembered one thing i'm worried about is how close my exhaust tips are to the ground when the raptor is at 12 o' clock. the tips are about 1" from the ground. should i worry about this or should it be ok. i mean if i do a wheelie while on soft ground, such as sand, the bar will sink in and the tips will hit. you guys think it will be ok?
mine dont touch
yours is longer though. i already had my mounting peices cut before i realized i wanted to change my design. :thud: so i have to use the peices i have and they are, just by looking at your pics, about 1-1.5" shorter then yours.

That's probably a good thing to be honest. The longer the grab bar the more leverage it's going to have against your sub frame if you ever slip up and test the rear grab bar. So i'd keep it 1-1.5 inches shorter and replace your end caps if you slip up instead of the sub frame.

yeah. i'm a TIG welder at a place called Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) in paxton IL. i know i'm not the best at TIG welding but i know my way around a TIG welder pretty good i would say.
and this is what i build. http://www.baltimoreaircoil.com/english/products/refrig/evaporators/index.html
just click on any of the hyper links in that page.
in my side of the department we only build the coils, and then they get assembled on the other side of the department with the houseings and fans and stuff like that.
that's awesome. I got access to a MIG need a TIG though. :(

it's really nice having access to any kind of welding when you need it.
Who needs a welder when they make duct tape and JB weld? I can tig and mig but i prefer to tig, my mig's look like waves, they go Hi/lo/hi/lo wide, skinny
