its so depressing. im senses a collapse in the united states economy. if you dont already consider this one whats happening right now. all these big banks and lendors going bankrupt. and the thing that really burns my ass is that the CEO of one of those companies who was responsible for bankrupting the company received a 64 million dollar severence. my question is where the FU*K did that money come from if they are BANKRUPT!!!?

I'm south of you on the border of GA and AL and its the same down here 4.29-4.59 if they have it. Most of the gas stations are out of gas right now, but have plenty of diesel which is good for me.

I'm just not understanding why its' SOLD OUT?!  ???

there's no gas shortage, there shouldn't be a reason for it unless the supplier to the station is being a bastard.

After the clearing of hurrican Ike our prices are beginning to come back down. Yesterday saw it for 3.48 but in and arounf the Houston area there are gas shortages, but I can understand that. In George, I don't understand that!

If someone really wanted to win this election all they would have to say is they would bring the price of fuel down under $2 a gallon for the whole term of 4 years. It would be a landslide!  ;)

When it is your kids, and gas is 50bucks a gallon: I spent $1000 and all I got was a kiss on the cheek!

I tell people that alot. That is why diesel is more common in small cars there. And... cars are smaller/more efficient...ie. fugly.

You don't have all the income taxes we have, either. :P

Diesel is more exspensive then petrol here, hence the reason my dad had his BMW 840ci converted to LPG (Gas) and as for the income taxes you don't even know half of the BS we get stuffed with tax here.

diesel is more expensive, but you get better fuel economy. Are taxes going up? UK used to be a retreat for celebrities who don't want to pay income tax.
