My buddy has a brand new DASA exhaust on his KFX450R SE.....
The Good:
Great sound, Power, and Look.

The Bad:
difficult install, Exhaust Can stickers Dis-color , POS Spark Arrestor :bash:
This is the sparky after three rides. it completely fell apart and looked like a dildo hanging out of the exhaust :'(

I like the performance this pipe makes, but I'm not liking the quality thus far.
is that a one piece pipe? it doesn't look like there is a split in it anywhere. because that would make it a pain in the ass to install.
Waranty on the sparky?
Replacing it with another is a short term fix ???

Three peice pipe. Headpipe, mid, and canister. And it was a PITA to install
Does it run stronger than the pred now?

definately. It's very quick on the dirt. about a quad ahead of my three mod rappy. As soon I hit fifth he's a gonner though. And in the sand hes 1 quad behind in a 300ft (6 paddle 21" extremes, I'm on 7 paddle 22" haulers)
Wow. That's good stuff. I know he was pissed off when he first got it.
Here's a pic of him racing me. I switched quads with him so he could win once
