lol your gonna hate me then cause I got that stand given to me for free :P
and no its like a jackable table top its about 4 ft long and 2 ft wide or so and the raptor just sits on its belly on the table. its great for doing work on tho as you have top left over on the sides of the quad to work on parts or place things right there and not lose them. I find it works great tho for putting the front wheels of the raptor on it then just jack it up till the raptor is standing on the back end, then just crack the drain plug loose and put it back down on all 4. Then drain the oil and pull the front wheels over the rest of the way and jack it up an go to work. the best part of it tho is how high it can raise up I can get my handlebars really close to the 8ft high mark so you have it set for any high to work at if your standing or sitting in a chair.

Thats awesome. And you suck,. you should just drill a hole in the bottom so you can drain oil through it. that'd be sweeeeeeeet!

well I got the raptor fired up today she breathes fire once again (my GERD its loud) now the only problem I had with the paint on this project is that the headers bubbled up and then flaked off to bare metal again soon as I fired the bike up now i gotta repaint the dam headers again 2nd problem i had was the blue turned green in 2 places  would anyone know why these problems may have happended? I lost as to why since I did it all other then bake it in the oven since it wont fit in my oven I baked it over night over a wood stove all night and went over it with a heat gun as best I could then I remebered someone on here had bakeed it by running the motor so I tryed that and as soon as the motor fired up and idled for about 5 sec the paint was blistering on the header  anyways any help would be great.

what a nice matching paint

looks so much better then it did before

oops striped the threads in the head had to make a stud to weld in

Better pic

pipe after glassbeading and before the paint

pipe after paint

headers all painted

this is going to look really good

on the raptor

looking great

hmmmm i think its running a bit hot the question is would it be the timing be lazy by a tooth? or the jetting maybe a bit to much fuel?

gets kinda warm kinda fast lol after about 45 sec of running

yep im not putting my finger on that

glad i got paint thats good for temps of 2000F to bad it gets so hot it still just bakes and flakes the paint off

It's more likely to be lean than rich if it's running hot.  Timing may be an issue, hard to say.
