You know it. 30 lbs of pulled pork on its way. I will guarentee it will be 50 times better! I tried someting new lastetime to hydrate it while frozen and it DID not work out. Gonna do it like I always do.

I can bring Syrup for breakfast and something else.
I'll bring some of those big aluminum trays too, I still have 4 or 5 lying around from a BBQ
We will have a 35 foot camper so we'll have a stove/oven also.
BTW do we know how many people we have, I looked back at the official rally page and it didn't look as full as the t-shirt page but I'm also not sure EVERYONE bought a shirt. I know that a couple people coming with me didn't
There will be 7 in my group but I think only 5 will likey participate in any group meals.
I can gring my little grill again along with propane too.

I've got a very old school 40# propane tank or two that's full I can bring. I know nothing about the threads, if they're all the same and they work with the newer stuff I can bring 'em. If you need pics let me know.

Well I think we lost our guy with the camper, he's on a kidney transplant list and if he goes he has to take himself off the list for a month (he initally thought it would just be for a few days) so it doesn't look like we'll have the oven.
So how much Syrup do I need to get? I was planning on the gallon jugs?

I have a gas grill and side burner with a charcoal smoker that is already loaded and some chips. The grill will be on my trailer and open for use by anyone. I got some ketchup and mustard 45 eggs and some odds and ends.

I'll bring some buns for the pork, but last year it seemed we had alot left over from the burgers.
I had a little taste of the pork for dinner and ERMAHGERD is it good. Pretty spicy this year :brick:

Anybody like Red Diamond iced tea? I got hooked on that during my first LS trip a few years ago. Me and a friend about cleaned out the little store in town. I can bring a case or two of water too if need be. Haven't seen drinks mentioned. Maybe some "sweet sweeet lemonaaade!" :lol:

I also have in the truck a propane griddle and a cast iron for the camp stove that is in the truck. Will have 2 cutting boards and other things. I always bring to much stuff, LOL :nod:

Got 4 gallons of Red Diamond Iced Tea and 3 - 24 packs of water. Didn't really know how much to get. Let me know if we need more. I figure me and Chris can handle a gallon each and we'll let y'all fight over the other two gallons. :lol:
