Thanx guys, yep +4 stocker, and i got a deal i couldnt refuse on the HiPers (less than 525 new on all 4)!

Rite now she's just a looker but im trying to decide where to send  the head off for P&P, Cam, Piston, and TB! Im pretty impressed with DL's KDS build but man thats an expensive act to follow! Theres also not a Dyno in the state (AK) that i can get her tuned on so i have to be sure that who ever builds it has a good map to go along with it!

We will s ay that it was a nytro... ???last weekend i went out and hit something frozen in the lake and flipped it about 6 times. Now its just a pile of metal, I dont know how i made it out unscaved but i was lucky. Now i dont know if i want to buy another sled or a Raptor or maybe a street bike. Either way thank good for full coverage, or i would have been outta 9k!

Here is my raptor after the off season rebuild.
New stem, a-arms, spindles, swinger, wheelie bar, fresh engine rebuild, battery relocate, and a few other small tricks.

Awesome bike man!!!

What are the advantages of having such a narrow rear end?

Mostly, if you carry the front end a long way and the roll out is a quarter inch off, it will not pull right or left as bad. It will track straighter.

Sexy machine Trent. +1 on your narrow rear explanation. Mine went all over the place in the sand when accelerating hard.

I think some climbers use a narrower than stock set-up for extreme sand climbs too.  It leets the quad sit on top of instead of in a rut in the tree shoot.
