01' vs 04' Steering Stem

Hey.. I'm wondering if you guys would know if a 01' Stem would fit in an 04' and Vice Versa?

I checked the part #'s and they are a bit different


2001 - SKU: 5LP-23813-00-00 -- COLUMN, STEERING 2
2004 - SKU: 5LP-23813-10-00 -- COLUMN, STEERING 2

Any idea what gives w/ the different part #'s? I assumed they were the same, but wasn't sure.. they are the same price, so no biggie really either.
