Alright guys heres the latest.  I just re-jetted her an hour ago and took her out for a ride.  She idles great, great throttle response, no back firing or poping.  I can tell a power difference, especially the throttle response is right there, no lag at all.

Is there anything I should be looking or listening for to make sure she is tuned up and running correctly?

The sure fire way to check it out is ride it around for about 10 mins or so.. Go back to your garage and pull the spark plug out. If it's white, you're running lean, if it's black she's a tad rich.. you should see a brown paper bag look.

Good to hear.

Just make sure you're not too lean. As Randy said, plug porcelain should be a light brown. Just remember, it's better to be a little rich than lean.

And I fix that by changing the air/fuel mixture screw right?

If i am correct, then which way leans it out and what makes it more rich?

Did you change the plug after jetting?

To be 100% accurate, Change the plug, fire it up, wrap it out slowly through the gears, kill it, pull the plug to read.
