Yamaha YFZ450 second hand price

Hello guys how you all doing?i was just having a nosey at second hand quad bikes and i came across this,the price he wants for it is £2800 i dont know if its just me but thats a cracking price is it not?my raptor could do with a new friend in the garage lol

Mint condition Yamaha YFZ450 2004 quad. Engine and gear box just overhauled and just run in so its ready to race. Power coated frame, new plastics, new graphics, new tyres just put on. Loads of spares like; carbon fiber wheels, various sized wheels and tyres for different conditions, standard suspension and lights. Trailer with ramps also included with price.

Parts fitted to quad are:

Twist Throtal
Team Racing Axle.
GYTR Racing Exhaust.
Rear wave brake rotor.
Plus Two Front A-Arm kit.

Plus Two Brake kit.

UK£ 2800 = 4 474.12 US$

seems a bit high for a 2004

I'm sure there's some mark up for all the aftermarket parts  (with having them imported)

Keep in mind the early YFZ's had issues staying lubricated didn't they ? A lot of people were doing that 'oil mod' to correct this until Yamaha addressed it in like 06 or 07... ask if he's had it done ?

Does seema  bit high, but like Krandall said- lotta nice parts on there...

I didnt know about that issue so i will ask and see what the guy says.cheers for the info and the reply lads
