Nice AJ.  We're heading for one last trip to walden next weekend. 10/11-13.  Think you can make it?

Might be able to!  Hopefully doesn't snow up there.  Looks like rain and in the 50s   Supposed to get the exhaust done on the truck Saturday morning but could head up after that.

Yea thats the best weekend that I have had up there for a while, minus my friend that had spilled methanol on his clothes earlier on Friday and then while cooking dinner that night, kicked a log on the fire sending ambers in the air and caught himself on fire.  Luckily he is ok.

Walden is pretty lame IMO and thats why I only do day trips and even those days are long, but its somewhere to ride thats fairly close.  I'm ready to move somewhere else!!  Just tired of the drunks out on the sand trying to kill people because they aren't paying attention and the camp racers.  Its too small of an area for all the crap.  Anyway....lol.  Thanks :)

You know AJ, from Grand Junction it's only 5 hours to Little Sahara and 9 hours to St. Anthony.  Plus we have White Wash sand dunes about an hour and a half away.  Plus the local economy is not experiencing the so-called recession.  Just throwing it out there.

I don't think its going to be a good weekend AT ALL to be up there.  53 on Friday w/ rain, 45 on Saturday w/rain, and 40 on Sunday w/ possible snow/rain.   Lame weather

Haha yea looks like its going to suck up there.  You should go to KP with us.  Going to try to make one last trip.  It would be about a 6 hour drive for you.  Have you been there before?
