first off, i wanted to introduce myself (my bike). some of the vendors know my wallet quite well already. i got this bike from my cousin, due to my trx500 cracking the cases. we traded and i got this raptor. it was pretty rough overall, needed alot of cleaning and tlc. before i even sat on the bike or heard it idle, i tore it down to the frame and did a complete re-assembly/powdercoating/modding.
some of the stuff was se shocks, new plastics, custom +4 slc swinger, se shocks all around, quadtech seat, 11:1 piston, pc3, dynatek programmable, houser arms, gfrorce axle, ect ect ect. it is about 99% done now im just having trouble with my rear caliper.
aside from hours and hours of cleaning, the chain flew off at the dunes last year. broke the case saver tab off, i had this welded on, and new poly case saver installed. so much shit i forgot some of what i had to do.. anyway, enjoy the pics. i hope its worth it when we finally go hit the sand.
everything was pc'd black/flat black/metallic silver. pretty happy how it turned out
