I noticed my 06 had play on the sprocket hub.  I talked with Kenneth @ KB Motorsports (sponsor here) and he said his YFZ was the same.  Figured it was just the aluminum alloy its made from. Gonna be loose after some riding.  I had a hard time getting my sprocket bolts out, they were in there.   I did use locktite when reinstalling the bolts. Haven't had any issues yet.  For the guys worried about the bolts backing out what about using safety wire as an insurance policy?
