You just missed a nice deal on a lockup on RF/MR :( I guess he just sold it last night. But I'm sure one will come up again soon  Have you checked with sponsors on pricing for a new one?

Are you wanting the clutch cover replacement style or do you want one that goes under the stock cover? How much horsepower do you think your motor will be pushing?

I'd look at the clutch upgrade kit from HDD depending on your riding style (trails, dunes, or drag)...they sell a setup that has stiffer clutch springs and a replacement fiber (upgrades that last half fiber to a full one) so your stock clutch could hold up to about 80ish or so. Only tradeoff is the clutch pull is a lot stiffer. I run a Slingshot lockup in mine with 10% springs and it seems to hold my ~70ish hp just fine.

i did the HDD upgrade with the full fiber and heavy duty springs and with the hard trail riding and the hard launches at the dunes i burnt through the clutched in about 8 months they are slipping bad right now so thats why i was thinking about just going to a lock up

Yeah definitely check out some sponsors like KB motosports and TQS and see what they can do on a new lockup. I would look at the slingshot lockups too, they are a pretty nice piece.

+1 for Slingshot!

I run mine hard in the sand with 8 paddle extremes and still on the stock clutch ~65hp.  Love the feel when it grabs on wide open throttle launches :)

I've heard 75ish, maybe 80 with stiffer springs.
