I compete in enduro and use 2 different tire pressures: If riding in rocky/rooted terrain I go to around 6 psi. If fire roads, muddy or sandy I go down to 3.5 psi. The only exception is if using ITP Holeshot HD tires, they are HARD so I use 3 psi in rears and 4.5 psi fronts or I feel every bump in the road. Good tires though, rears are awesome, front I dont like.
