Yea, thats the way they are doing lots in Omaha to make them afforadable. I got this lot for 27k (~3/4 of an acre), something about half again larger would run 60k+.

27k is an awful lot to pay, just to roll your single wide onto.. FYI  :rofl: :rofl:

We're gonna be cutting apart the xs400 a bit this winter :)

Wife wants to do something "custom" to it. I'm thinking we're gonna cut the seat frame apart make it a single passenger ride, thinking something similar to a harley rear fender, make it full and low.. and get an old ford tail light (from a 38/39). she wants to strip the paint off the gas tank, and clear it. Will be removing chrome and having it powder coated matte black.

should be sweet :)
