some jackass guys from bville were out there on the flat track doing doughnuts and got banned from d-town that sunday.. rap7 told me about it once one called him..... like nick said... there's 8-9000 acres to do f'n doughnuts... do NOT do that shit on tracks

was it an LTR or a TRX 450? if so, they were there doing that shit the last time i went too.

one was the white / blue true fire raptor 660 we painted. i dont know what the others were.. i dont think those guys had been to d-town before.... the white raptor has once before with us....

if he goes with us again he'll be driving alone in his truck.. cause i'll be damned if i drive all the way up there and they tell he cant' ride and we got to listen to him bitch... lol he'll get to make the trip home alone

i probably wouldnt do them regardless so, :grin_nod:

its really just a liability issue, they've got enough on their hands owning that facility that is just fuel for the fire. A few years back they would let just anybody on the freestyle course, then a little kid (not sure of age but was under 10) got on his dads 450 bike and hit one of the ramps and died. i believe another kid looped his bike off the ramp and landed on his head and died too. so they closed it down and just recently opened it back up but only to their team, and man they make a SHITLOAD of money off of the freestyle shows they hold their now.

another thing is, the ramps arent wide enough for quads.

My buddy read something about 450's being too much bike for a track & the MFG's may offer a smaller cc bike for pro level racing, something that we may see as a trend from all MFG's in the next several years

The KX and CR 500's were the first victims of that thinking.  So much for the AMA 500cc 2-stroke MX class  :(
