From a 'Zilla to a Raptor 700!

Hey all,

Back in the day I rode ATC's and quads (80's and 90's). I had a 1987 Quadsport 230, a 1985 ATC 250R, a 1985 200X and a 1988 Quadracer 500. Been away from the sport for a while but recently sold my street bike and bought a 2007 GYTR Raptor. I can't wait to go riding if this winter ever ends! We have a decent riding area here in Nebraska called Headworks Park near Genoa. I grew up riding there. It is mostly sand and forest trails. There is a big jamboree there every year with a couple thousand riders. This looks like a good forum compared to most so thought I would join!

I went to Genoa last year, not bad. Not sure I would go during Jamboree, it is unsafe when it is NOT busy

Yes, I'll be interested in when the rally is. I've always wanted to go to Little Sahara! Plus, now I've got a quad to fill the empty space in my toy hauler!

Yeah Dob, go to LS rally if you can. My favorite place to ride so far.

Oh, also, I am from far southeast Iowa, but my friend lives in Lincoln, so I head that way a few times a year if I can.

I Want to go to halsey sometime, and there is a little place near lincoln called Nehawka. IT is a gncc style track. Not a big area but looks fun. Also, council bluffs Ia, is decent too. not huge.
