Title: Congrats to Troy31!!!

Troy did the Pike's Peak International hillclimb on his built LTR450 and took 2nd place over all in the 450cc quad class with a 13:00.149.

Awesome job buddy!

Thanks Aaron. My goal was to get in the 12s but with the problems I had all week causing me to miss valuable practice time I'm happy with the results. Also slammed into the hay bails in the Ws when I couldn't get her slowed down in time for a hairpin, probably shouldn't have ran the race with only one front brake working. Got a few things to do before next year to get it where I want it then I'm going for the mid 12s.

Just finishing is "not bad" in that race. 2nd is awesome!

A Sparks racing 450R kicked the banshee's ass this year in the 500+ CC quad class.


Makes you wonder if there was a Sasseli in Colorado over the weekend?

Interesting, I thought this was a quad only race.. This is a big deal kinda thing..

pike's peak challenge rules. Haven't watched one for awhile. But I love watching the AWD rally style cars do it.

The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is the second oldest organized Race in the country (Indy 500 is the oldest).

Andretti's, Unser's, Dallenbach's...lost of famous racers have competed over the years.

Is it a spectator friendly race?

I would bet it'd be a blast watching cars/quads ripping around corners.
