Well, peelz, preddy, and myself have been filling shout w/ grilling pics. making my mouth water.
I've got a couple questions.
so this year I've been grilling at least once a week since summer hit in full swing.
been doing sweet corn a lot. husk it, brush on some olive oil/basil/chili powder. cook for about 8 mins while turning it. om nom nom.
Ive been grilling lots of brats and chicken, Steak kind of intimidates me while looking at all the cuts. I did a new york strip about 2 weeks ago. What are good types of cuts to grill?
With charcoal. Can you put wood chips over the coals also to give it the smoke? or do you need a special grill for that?
