i wish i woulda got a vid of my cousin tryin to do a burn out on the road with his ttr 230 hahah
he had just learned how to bury the back tire into the dirt
but i guess he underestimated the traction that 2 inch knobs get and he revved it up and dropped the clutch and it dropped him straight on his back lol i didnt know if he was dead or not but then i heard the groans and grumbles and i busted out lauging

Got tires installed today & put on 100 miles tonight, bike was parked for 11 days waiting for tires.  Riding on the old rear tire that was squared off it was like having training wheels.

I went with Dunlop Roadsmart's $447.00  :thud:

Being new to motorcycles I really don't have an experienced opinion, but compared to the old  tires these are the shit.  I now have 218 miles on them. Tires are quiet & balanced so thats

I'm sure the tires are great but the rider is still learning to ride   :help:

Are they any books I could read about technique etc...?  I thought about a video for training motorcyle policeman.

Only advice I have. Take curvy roads, not just straight interstate. It is more fun, and you won't get that flat spot in the middle(like I have)

Yea Brad I can only imagine the handling with a car tire wobbling on the edge of the tire in a turn.  ???

Peels - There's a few curvy roads locally but most are straight & flat  :wtf:
