engine cutting out

I have a 2001 660, and every once and a while the motor will cut in and out while riding full throtle!  At the same time the reverse light will flash on and off!!!  I have called every one I know and they have no idea what might be the problem.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Need Help bad!!!!!

you have a loose/shorting wire in one of the safety circuits. there are rev limiters for reverse, neutral, and parking brake, to keep you from blowing up your motor while sitting still and crashing in reverse. When it was my parking brake, I just disconnected it. Not sure about the reverse one.
