Title: Valve Clearances for different Cams

I was thinking about this and may be a good thing to put up..

If you have a certain cam, could you post up the clearances that the intake/exhaust is supposed to be set for. May be a good helpful resource.  :)


I'll just update the first post to keep it all together.


Stock
     Intake:       .005" ~ .13mm
     Exhaust      .008" ~ .20mm


Hot Cam Stage 2  
     Intake:       .1mm
     Exhaust:     .18mm

Hot Cam Stage 3
     Intake:       .1mm
     Exhaust:     .18mm


All Megacycle
     Intake:       .005"
     Exhaust      .008"


All Web
     Intake        .006"-.008"
     Exhaust      .006"-.008"


KDS RJ
     Intake:       .006"
     Exhaust:     .008"


Barkers Cam
     Intake:       .005"

i recommend running the 5050 cam @ .006 for both intake and exhaust

hey bud i got a je 12.5 piston and got a stage three hotcam what should i use on my valve clearance

The piston has nothing to do with valve clearances.

So on the 5050 should I just copy the KDS RJ specs? ??? I'm gonna be doing my valve clearances in the next few days once I get the new timing plugs

The spec sheet for my Barker RHC14 said .005 intake .006 exhaust.
