Is the graph kenny posted of a stock to +2 TB gain or +2 to +3 TB gain?  If it's stock to +2, what can we expect going from +2 to +3?

You could see .5-1 hp. The main thing to consider is your overall goals, or ultimate potential. I have used the +2 well into the mid 70 hp range, and the +3 has gone well into the 80's. Even though TERB did 85 hp with a +2 on his Kenz built 797 Which probably says more about the build than it does about the TB :grin_nod:

It was the strongest Kenz 797 build that I have seen. It worked really well......If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck.........

He posted earlier in the thread that it makes no difference to him whether it's stripped or not....Just make sure to take the plastic cap off near the idle adjustment due to them breaking during shipment rather easily.

and what is all involved in taking the TB off? I have gotten my gas tank off plenty of times and usually look at it but never payed attention to how it dismounts.

It's SUPER easy. Seriously.. You need to pull off your air box (4 bolts) (this is off memory)
then unhook the injector and TPS wires. and then it's just 2 hose clamps basically.
