For me, It's definitely washing/waxing the car. I LOVE sitting outside with a soap bucket, wash-mitt, and a hose.  Have some tunes on in the background. There's something very therapeutic about it to me. And the satisfaction you get after it's all done. just like daaaaaaaaaaaaaaammnnnn

for sure on polishing the car, or bike, or boat....  I used to scrub the hell outta my 700  frame even waxed.  I have a thing about clean windows. I judge other people when i see nasty streaks and yellow on them.    Ill spend WAAAAY too much time cleaning, rain-xing to get rid of streaks.

I find push mowing to be therapeutic. and Then when the lines are perfect...   i know, its stupid but for whatever reason, it makes me relax. crack open a beer, sit on back porch look at em. LOL
