« on: January 05, 2009, 08:11:07 PM »
well i bought the folks 1997 rav-4 and now i got the start of the first stage of my rav project done heres the pics sorry about the bad shots they are from the cell phone im gonna try and get some better pics tomorrow

well i guess i dont have to add wood to the wood stove looks like theres lots of hot coals doing a fine job still lol

yep nice and warm in the shop slowly getting colder outside tho

got the rust bubbles grinded off thank GERD for the dremel tool

some body fill on it now

whats this? more light? mmm the new offroad lights will look good there GERD love having a father thats a head toyota tec. to help speed things up as i work on other things

tinted windows going in good old 5%

yep the lights look good there lets see now 2 60w/65w lights and 2 100w lights yeah i guess that will be bright enough for now that hood scoop is gonna look nice

:-( looks lik ethe old rav-4 paint faded some over the years as the new paint is much darker but oh well it looks 100times better then rust bubbles

the new gps installed

mmm sporty and yes i know its not a diesel but hey the bullydogs were free and they look cool give the rav a bit of a meaner look lol

carbonfirber trim

hoodscoop is on and the lights are in

few sponsor stickers of course the first time she went in the car wash the dam car wash started peeling them off

the yamaha plate and toyota plate cover is on

the lights work great and so does the gps im happy now
