REJETTED WITH CT RACING NEEDLES 25 PILOTS AND 175/180 MAIN JETS Closed Airbox with Holes in Lid K&N filter - Big Gun Exhaust, Stock Head Pipes wrapped with exhaust wrap. Rev Box.

My Elevation is zero - Question are my main jets to large or do I need to get rid of Exhaust box with Proflow Intake?????

Seems kinda big to me. I don't know with the needles being changed though.

Your setup is very close to mine, And, I am at 150/155. Stock pilot. Moved needle up a clip. That is a big diference. And Iowa is not that high of altitude.  I think it is time for a plug check.

Your jets are WAY too big for your mods.

With a closed airbox, you should be at 155/160 tops.

With the lid removed, 160/165 tops.

Now if you ever change the piston, and throw a new cam in, 175/180 would be alright with a high flow lid.

I run 155 and 160 with an open air box.  Yours are definetly too big.

155-160 all the way. Take the airbox lid off and see if it runs better. What kind of fuel are you running?

at 1500ft asl with full exhaust and open airbox, i was running 160/165 with 25 pilot.  right now with my built engine im at 175/180.  so, you are definitely too rich.
