I'm south of you on the border of GA and AL and its the same down here 4.29-4.59 if they have it. Most of the gas stations are out of gas right now, but have plenty of diesel which is good for me.

I'm just not understanding why its' SOLD OUT?!  ???

there's no gas shortage, there shouldn't be a reason for it unless the supplier to the station is being a bastard.

After the clearing of hurrican Ike our prices are beginning to come back down. Yesterday saw it for 3.48 but in and arounf the Houston area there are gas shortages, but I can understand that. In George, I don't understand that!

If someone really wanted to win this election all they would have to say is they would bring the price of fuel down under $2 a gallon for the whole term of 4 years. It would be a landslide!  ;)

The price was still under a buck in 91 when I got my license. I remember calculating mpg using the dollar amount.

"when i was a teen gas was 17 cents a gallon"
and it goes on and on and on
